Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q. How long will you need to set-up and pack away?

A. We require 45-60 minutes to set up and 30-45 minutes to collect at the end of the party. Please bear this in mind when hiring a venue.

 

Q. How long is the hire period?

A. All our prices include up to 4 hours hire from the point of delivery.


Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is free within 10 miles of RM13 9QP 9Rainham, Essex). Delivery charges apply outside of this area, we require the venue postcode to determine delivery charges outside of the 10 mile free delivery zone. Toll, Congestion, ULEZ / LEZ and Parking charges are to be paid by the Hirer.

 

Q. Can we hire for longer than the 4 hours?

A. Of Course, this is easily arranged at £20 per hour. Over night hire can also be arranged at a further cost if available..

 

Q. Is NutNuts Soft Play Hire available all year round?

A. Yes! we can set up in a venue of your choice, at home or outside (weather and room size permitting)

 

Q. What age is the equipment for?

A. Our soft play and play equipment is suitable for 0-6 year olds. However, our Bouncy Castles are suitable for older children up to the age of 12. Tots Bouncer suitable for up to 6 year olds (1m and under.

 

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes! We have £5million Public Liability Insurance with Insuresec (Public Liability Certificate available on request)and are also CRB Checked. We are also members of the British Inflatable Hirers' Alliance (BIHA). Additionally all our Bouncy Castles are PIPA tested and tagged annually (PIPA is an inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry to ensure that inflatable play equipment conforms to recognised UK safety standards). 

 

Q. How do I book?

A. Please contact us via the Contact Form on here, drop us an email to info@nutnuts-softplay.co.uk or give us a text / whatsapp to 07393 941988.

 

Q. How do I pay?

A. A deposit of £50, which also serves as a 'damages deposit', is required to secure the booking 6 weeks prior to the event. This can be paid by Bank Transfer. The full amount is then due on the day, in cash, once we have set up and you have confirmed you are 100% happy with everything. Your £50 'damages deposit' will be returned, in cash, upon collection PROVIDING all the equipment is in the same clean, working condition it was delivered and signed for in. The deposit is fully refundable if we are given 2 full weeks (14 days) notice to cancel via email or we will gladly reschedule the date for you subject to availability.

 

Q. What are your Terms & Conditions?
